Mary is sent to live with her great aunt in the countryside. One day in the woods, she discovers a mysterious blue flower that only appears once every seven years, as well as an old broomstick. He left school at 13 and says his reading and writing isn't great. Bobby fixes clocks and spends a lot of time in his back shed making violins from old furniture. But he has never lost sight of a lifelong dream to fly.
