
Since its inception in 2002, Clones Film Festival has grown in many ways. It has All this takes a huge commitment from our voluntary committee and no small amount of finance. We have been supported from the start by Monaghan County Council, with the The Arts Council of Ireland coming on board in year two. But the most encouraging support we receive is from the local and ex-pat business community of Clones and the surrounding area. Even in straightened times they have always been ready to donate sponsorship and resources to ensure the success of the festival. Without them, we would not be planning our 9th festival.
