Clones Film Festival in association with Scanbitz launched the Scanbitz Short Film Challenge IN 2007. The challenge invites filmmakers, writer and crew to scout locations, cast,  rehearse, film, edit and present a finished short film in just 48 hours.

Scanbitz is the leading supplier of new, used and second user truck parts in the North East and are proud be associated with this novel competition.

The winner receives the prestigious ‘Francie’ Trophy, and copious adulation, there is also the coveted Audience Award.
